About My Role: In my role, I serve as the key liaison for Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and all regulatory documents, playing a vital part in global product stewardship. My responsibilities include ensuring our products meet the highest standards and regulatory requirements.

The Origin of MOWITAL® Resin
We hereby confirm that for our MOWITAL® resin grades the Country of Origin is Germany.
The Definition of MOWITAL®
MOWITAL® is defined as a polymer.
Requirements of Absence of the Substances
MOWITAL® grades meet the requirements of the absence of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC candidate list, as amended on July 16th, 2019) as follows:
Due to the knowledge of the manufacturing processes and the types of raw materials used, we confirm that components, listed by ECHA as substances of very high concern are neither used to produce MOWITAL® product lines nor are they added after the manufacturing processes.
No materials of animal origin We hereby confirm that MOWITAL®
- does not contain materials derived from animal origin,
- is not produced using materials derived from animal origin,
- does not come into contact with materials derived from animal origin at any stage of its production process.
No plasticizers in production
Due to the knowledge of the manufacturing processes and the types of raw materials used, we confirm that no plasticizers are used to produce our MOWITAL® product line or are added after the manufacturing processes.
Content of Volatile Organic Components
We hereby confirm the content of volatile organic components in MOWITAL® as follows:
Permanent controls of the VOC content of our MOWITAL® grades are not established. However, spot checks of MOWITAL® grades indicate VOC concentrations of less than 0,1 wt%.
No using of conflict minerals in the process
Due to the knowledge of the manufacturing processes and the types of raw materials used, we confirm that no tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold are used to produce our MOWITAL® product line or are added after the manufacturing processes.
